These banana peanut butter popsicles are satisfyingly sweet with a fudgy-like texture and creamy flavor. These healthier popsicles are topped with a little chocolate and sprinkles for a little fun. These are toddler and kid-friendly!

These popsicles came to be when I had more bananas on hand than I knew what to do with. The combination of bananas and peanut butter is a classic, and then adding in some coconut milk and some maple syrup brings everything together. Other popsicles my family loves are my Healthy Chocolate Popsicles and my Orange Popsicles.
These are fun to make with your kids! The chocolate and sprinkles on top add such a fun touch. I like to make these in advance to have throughout the week. I hope you love this recipe as much as my kiddo and I do!
Ingredients
Bananas – ripe are best! They give out more sweetness
Peanut Butter
Coconut Milk – I prefer coconut milk as it really helps to create the fudge-like texture, but use whatever kind of milk you have on hand
Maple Syrup – feel free to omit! I like to add it but it doesn’t need it
Chocolate Chips (optional) – for the topping
Coconut Oil (optional) – for the topping
Sprinkles (optional) – for the topping
This is the popsicle mold I use quite often from Amazon – Popsicle Mold

For Littles
These popsicles are on the healthier side and something your little one will love! You can serve these to your littles 12 months old+! (If you are making these for a much younger child, like a 12-month-old, you might want to omit the toppings so they are not sugary for them!)
How To

Blend everything together and then pour into a popsicle mold. Freeze for at least 6 hours up to overnight. Drizzle chocolate and throw on some sprinkles if you’d like! Enjoy!:)

Banana Peanut Butter Popsicles
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil (optional)
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the bananas, peanut butter, coconut milk and maple syrup. Blend until completely smooth and there are no lumps
- Pour into a popsicle mold and freeze for at least 6 hours up to overnight
- If adding the toppings, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave until smooth. Remove the frozen popsicles from the mold and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the popsicles and sprinkle with sprinkles of your choice. Throw in the freezer on the baking sheet for a minute or two until set. Serve!
- If you added toppings, you can’t put them back into the mold. So I wrap each popsicle individually in plastic wrap and throw back in the freezer so they’re easy to pull out and eat! Enjoy!:)
