These healthy no-bake chocolate peanut butter cookies are creamy, rich and satisfying. This 6-ingredient recipe requires no baking and comes out perfect every time.

I love to make this recipe when I don’t have time to bake. I also love to make this recipe when I want a sweet treat that’s also healthy! Instead of using sugar, I use honey to sweeten. I use coconut oil in this recipe but I have also used butter and both work! This recipe is full of fiber, healthy fats and protein.

All you have to do is melt the wet ingredients in a saucepan, turn the heat off and then mix in the dry. Scoop into cookie shapes onto parchment paper and chill!

These cookies are a perfect sweet treat, and I also like to have them on hand for a quick healthy snack for a boost of energy! This recipe is toddler and kid approved as well! I hope you love these as much as my family and I do!

Ingredients

You will need Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chips – any kind of chocolate will work, Coconut Oil – butter works too, Honey- maple syrup can be used instead, Rolled Oats – if you don’t like the texture of rolled oats, instant oats can also be used and Unsweetened Cocoa Powder.

For Littles

This is the perfect sweet treat to make for your littles! When you’re trying to make healthy but delicious treats for your little ones, treats like these that don’t contain a crazy amount of added sugar is the way to go! Plus, these cookies have tons of fiber and healthy fats. You can serve this to your little 12 months +. I say this because honey is not recommended for littles until they are over 12 months of age.

How To

In a saucepan over low heat, melt the wet ingredients. Once melted, turn the heat off and add in the dry. Mix!

Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, scoop small cookies and place on parchment paper. Chill and enjoy!:)
