These cinnamon sugar tortilla crisps are an easy sweet snack to make with tortillas. These crisps are sweet, sugary and crunchy! They’re quick to make and you and your kids will go crazy for them.

My husband says they remind him of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and they do have that nostalgic cinnamon sugar flavor I grew up with. I love how simple these are! They only require 4 ingredients and it’s a great way to use up tortillas you have sitting in your pantry. I also love that you can individualize them and make them whatever shape you’d like!
All you do is brush melted butter on some tortillas, sprinkle on a mix of sugar and cinnamon and then cut them out into strips, chips or make them festive and use cookie cutters of your favorite shapes! Since it’s fall, I cut some of mine into Halloween shapes! Then bake them and let them cool. Easy!
These are fun to make with your kids for a yummy snack. I would also recommend making a bunch of these for a party because of how easy and delicious they are. I hope you love this recipe as much as my family and I do!

Ingredients
You will need Flour Tortillas, Unsalted Butter, Granulated Sugar and Cinnamon.

For Littles
These are so fun to make with little ones because they are easy to make and your kids can make these crisps into whatever shapes they’d like! Because of the sugar, I’d recommend only serving these to your littles 18 months +.

How To

Lay out your tortillas and spread the melted butter over them. Then combine the cinnamon & sugar and sprinkle over the tortillas evenly.

And then cut them into whatever shapes you like!

Place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!:)

- 6 tortillas
- 1/4 cup melted butter

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- Brush the tortillas with the melted butter and then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the tortillas.
- Cut them into strips, chips or, using cookie cutters, cut out your favorite shapes. I’m writing this post as Halloween is coming up, so I used cookie cutters to cut out some Halloween shapes.

- You can store in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Enjoy!:)
