These apple pie bliss balls are the perfect healthy fall snack. They’re sweet, fresh and taste like apple pie! They’re also toddler and kid friendly.

I love to make these apple pie bliss balls in the fall when apples are at their best! Bliss balls are a favorite no-bake snack I like to make for a healthy treat to have on hand. They’re the perfect healthy snack that also tastes like apple pie! They’re made from 7 ingredients and are full of healthy vitamins and nutrients. They’re also refined sugar-free! They’re rich in fiber, iron and antioxidants.

All you do is throw rolled oats, almonds and coconut flakes in a food processor and pulse until fine. Then you add in the apple, dates, peanut butter and cinnamon. Pulse until a dough is formed. Then form into balls and roll them around in some additional pulsed coconut flakes. Chill and eat!

They’re perfect for on-the-go snacks and are freezer-friendly. I hope you love this recipe as much as my family and I do!

Ingredients

Rolled Oats – instant oats work too. These act as the base of the bliss balls

Almonds – adds texture! Other nuts like walnuts or pecans work too

Coconut Flakes – traditionally used in bliss balls

Fresh Apple – I use cosmic, but you can use any kind

Dates – adds a natural sweetness and helps bind the balls. You can use raisins too!

Peanut Butter – 1 tablespoon just adds a nice earthy note

Cinnamon – adds to the apple pie flavor

For Littles

I love to make these for my toddler! They’re scrumptious, but so good for our growing little ones. They will support their digestion, are high in iron and are full of antioxidants. They’re also fun and easy to eat! You can serve these to your littles 9 months +.

How To

Pre-soak your dates. Combine the dry ingredients in a food processor and pulse until fine. Then add in the apples, dates, peanut butter and cinnamon and pulse until a dough is formed.

Form into balls. If you desire, roll into more coconut that has been been pulsed and chill in the fridge. Enjoy!:)
