These honeydew popsicles are refreshing, sweet and taste of delicious honeydew. These 3-ingredient popsicles are easy to make and are a great summer treat. They’re toddler and kid friendly.

I love to make homemade popsicles, especially in the spring and summer. These honeydew versions are inspired by summer fruit! My other favorite summer popsicle is my Watermelon Popsicles, which is a summer staple. These popsicles are hydrating, full of nutrients and incredibly delicious. The best part is all you need are a couple of ingredients, a blender and a popsicle mold.

I like to make these on Sunday nights so that we have these all day/week to grab when we need a refreshing bite. My toddler loves to help me make them as much as she loves to eat them. I hope you love these as much as my toddler and I do!

Ingredients

Honeydew – main ingredient

Lime or Lemon – a lot of times I don’t have lime on hand, but I do have lemon! Lemon works just as well

Honey – maple syrup is fine to use, but I prefer honey in these!

These are the popsicle molds I use from Amazon – Best Popsicle Mold and Cartoon Popsicle Molds.

For Littles

This is a great healthy treat/snack for your littles. I feel good about giving these to my toddler whenever she wants basically (even from breakfast), because it’s all healthy and hydrating! You can serve these to your littles 12 months +!
