These high fiber bird nests are a cute little Easter treat to make your toddlers and kids! These 4 ingredient no-bake healthier treats are crunchy, sweet, and adorably festive for the easter holiday!

I love making simple treats with my toddler for holidays! My inspiration for this recipe was one I saw on TikTok that was made with sprinkles and chocolate. I added peanut butter and chocolate eggs to my recipe! I love that these are a little healthier of a treat; using high fiber cereal for the win! And they’re NO-BAKE!
Making these with toddlers/kids is so fun. They would be a great treat for a party or get together. I hope you love this recipe as much as my family and I do!

Ingredients
High Fiber Cereal – you can get these at any grocery store. I found whole grain at my grocery store!
Chocolate Chips – any kind of chocolate will work! I used milk chocolate
Peanut Butter – to make the chocolate coating more creamy! I use a natural peanut butter
Candy Eggs – to place in the birds nests! These can be whatever you find at the grocery store; I used Reese’s peanut butter eggs but you could use m&m eggs or Cadbury eggs!

For Littles
I love to make these for my toddler for a little Easter fun! I love that they’re high fiber with the only sugar coming from the chocolate and eggs. You can serve these to your littles 15 months+! Make sure you watch your little while eating the chocolate eggs so they’re not a chocking hazard.

How To

Melt your chocolate chips and peanut butter together. Throw in your high fiber cereal and mix until combined.

Scoop mixture onto a parchment paper covered baking sheet into 1 1/2 tablespoon sized bird nests. Place eggs on top.

Chill in the fridge and enjoy!:)

High Fiber Bird Nests
Ingredients
- 3 cups high fiber cereal
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 12 oz candy eggs of your choice
Instructions
- Prepare a large or two medium sized baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside
- Pour your high fiber cereal in a large bowl and set aside. Then combine your peanut butter and chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1-1 1/2 minutes, until melted. Stir together until the peanut butter and chocolate chips are combined
- Pour the peanut butter chocolate mixture into the bowl of high fiber cereal and fold gently with a rubber spatula until the fiber cereal is completely coated
- Working quickly, the cereal mixture onto the parchment covered baking sheets into 1 1/2 tablespoon sized nests, leaving some space between each nest
- Still working quickly, place 3 chocolate eggs of your choice into each nest (I say working quickly because you want to stick the eggs into the nests before the cereal mixture starts to harden)
- Place the nests in the fridge for 20 minutes until set. Serve! You can store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Enjoy!:)
