Fall is my favorite time to play with different flavors for my morning cup of coffee. Starbuck’s cold foams have inspired to make my own at home. This maple cold foam is perfect to scoop onto your warm cup of coffee, iced coffee or cold brew.

Skim Milk works best when frothing, however I have used whole milk and it works fine!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Skim Milk

  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup

  • Dash of Vanilla Extract

Directions

  • Add the milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract to a glass measuring cup or cup that is wide and tall enough in order to froth.
  • Froth using a handheld frother for 1 minute. Froth in an up and down motion in order to achieve the best foam.
  • Scoop onto a warm coffee, latte or iced coffee or cold brew. Enjoy!
