These apple cinnamon energy bites are satisfying and nutritious. Little bits of fresh apple are in every bite along with the taste and smell of cinnamon! Yummy! They’re gluten-free and no-bake. They’re also toddler and kid-friendly!

I love making snacks into little balls that are full of flavor and nutrients. These energy bites will keep you going throughout the day and they also provide a nice dose of fiber and protein. They’re great to make in the fall when apples are at their best! Other no-bake bites of mine include my No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls and my No-Bake Oatmeal Raisin Balls.
I make these mainly for snacks but they also make a delicious and easy grab & go breakfast! They’re also travel-friendly! I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my toddler and I do!
Ingredients
Peanut Butter – helps hold the balls together. Almond or cashew butter work as well
Honey – also helps keep the balls together
Fresh Apples – finely chopped!
Rolled Oats
Hemp Hearts – these are the ones I buy on Amazon – Manitoba Harvest Organic Hemp Hearts
Ground Cinnamon

For Littles
These are a great snack for little ones as they are full of protein and fiber as well as will keep them satiated and give them energy. It’s also a great way to get them to eat apples! You can serve these to your littles 12 months +! – I say this because any baby under 12 months of age cannot have honey
