These raspberry Greek yogurt popsicles are a fun and different way to eat yogurt. These 3-ingredient pops are sweet, full of texture and will keep you full. They’re full of probiotics, fiber and protein! They’re toddler and kid friendly!

I like to get creative when it comes to serving foods we eat every day. My 3-year-old thinks anything that’s a popsicle is fun, so this recipe is a winner in our house. 3 ingredients make these and they’re raspberries, greek yogurt and maple syrup! Other yogurt recipes of mine include my Pumpkin Yogurt Pops and my Peanut Butter Yogurt Bars
These are easy to whip up and they stay right in your freezer for an easy grab! I hope you love this recipe as much and my daughter and I do!
Ingredients
Fresh or Frozen Raspberries – if using frozen, make sure to thaw enough so they can be mashed together with the yogurt
Plain Whole Fat Greek Yogurt – feel free to use different kinds of yogurt. I always have Greek yogurt on hand so that’s what I use!
Maple Syrup – to add some sweetness. Honey can also be used here
This is the popsicle mold I use from Amazon – Popsicle Mold

For Littles
I love to make these, especially for my 3-year-old. Kids love creative food! One popsicle is a serving of yogurt so I feel good giving her these. You can serve these to your littles 9 months +! However, if you use honey instead of maple syrup, you cannot serve under 12 months of age
How To

Mash your raspberries and then mix together the Greek yogurt and maple syrup until completely mixed. Fill up the popsicle molds and freeze for at least 2 hours. Enjoy!:)
