These Graham cracker ghosts are an easy treat to make for Halloween with your kiddos. These 4 ingredients cuties are no-bake and takes only minutes to assemble before you have a ready to go Halloween treat!

I love to make easy treats for Halloween that my 3 year old wants to make with me! These graham cracker ghosts require only 4 ingredients which are graham crackers, white chocolate, coconut oil and black decorating icing. This is the go-to Halloween treat recipe if you need something quick to make! Other easy and quick Halloween treats of mine are my Ritz Spider Sandwiches and my Banana Mummies

You could make these in advance for a party/get together, as they stay put well at room temperature. I hope you love this recipe as much as my family and I do!

Ingredients

Graham Crackers – break them into quarters

White Chocolate Chips – you melt them and spread them over the graham crackers

Coconut Oil – to help thin out the white chocolate

Black Decorating Icing – to create the ghost face. This comes in a little tube you can get at grocery stores

For Littles

Ingredients

  • 4 graham crackers (split into fourths) * see notes
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Black decorating icing

Instructions

  • Prepare a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and lay out all the graham cracker fourths on the parchment
  • Melt together your white chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave for 30 second increments and stir until melted. Careful not to burn the white chocolate by over heating it
  • With a rubber spatula, spread the white chocolate over the graham crackers evenly and let set. Once the white chocolate is set (should only take a couple minutes for it to set), take your black icing and make your ghost faces on top of the white chocolate. Serve!
  • You can store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days. They can be out without being in an airtight container for a couple hours for a party or get together. Enjoy!:)

Notes

  • * it takes me several times to get graham cracker fourths without breaking them or having them be uneven. Be patient and make sure you have extra graham crackers on hand!
